The Site is operated by cSquare LLC, the owner and trademark holder of the Toofy brand, a company based in Washington, D.C. ("cSquare," "we," "us," "our"). These Terms govern your use of the Site and any purchases you make through it.

2. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase. By using the Site, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. YOUR ACCOUNT

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@toofysmiles.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. ORDERS & PAYMENT

All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion (for example, if a product is out of stock, if there is a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud). If your card has already been charged and we cancel your order, we will issue a full refund promptly.

We accept major credit and debit cards. Payment is processed securely by a third-party payment provider. Toofy does not store your card details.

5. SHIPPING

We ship to addresses in the United States. Orders are fulfilled by third-party carriers. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed, as factors like carrier delays and weather can affect delivery. We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If you have a shipping issue, contact us at hello@toofysmiles.com and we will do our best to help.

6. SUBSCRIPTIONS

We offer a subscription service that delivers your chosen products on a recurring schedule at a discounted price.

Billing. Your payment method will be charged automatically before each scheduled shipment. The price of your subscription may change; we will notify you before any increase takes effect.

Skipping & cancelling. You can skip a delivery or cancel your subscription at any time through your account page or by emailing hello@toofysmiles.com. To avoid being charged for the next shipment, please make changes at least 3 business days before your next scheduled ship date.

Reactivation. If you cancel and later reactivate, the discount applied at reactivation may differ from your original discount.

7. RETURNS & REFUNDS

We want you to love Toofy. If you are not satisfied, contact us at hello@toofysmiles.com within 30 days of delivery and we will work with you on a refund or replacement. We do not accept returns of opened consumable products for hygiene reasons, but we will always try to make it right if something is wrong with your order.

Orders that have been dispatched cannot be cancelled. If you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible and we will do what we can.

8. PROMOTIONS & DISCOUNT CODES

From time to time we may offer promotional codes, discounts, or other offers. Unless stated otherwise: promotions are single-use, non-transferable, cannot be combined with other offers, cannot be applied to past orders, and have no cash value. We reserve the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time.

9. PRODUCT INFORMATION

We do our best to accurately describe our products, but we do not warrant that descriptions, images, or ingredient information are completely error-free. Manufacturers occasionally update formulations or packaging, and what you receive may differ slightly from what is shown on the Site.
